For those who wish to advance beyond basic meditation, this course explores several techniques that can help establish a calm, stable, relaxed and more awake mind. The techniques have been adapted from, but are firmly rooted in, Tibetan Buddhist practices. People have found them very effective for enhancing meditation in our modern world. The format involves both sitting and lying-down meditation, and will progress gradually through the 6 week term.
